Reseller Development Manager

Reports to: Sales Management Director

Department: Sales Management

Location: National

To identify and set up resellers in recognised geographical locations as suitable additions to the Midtech sales channel.
Responsible for a plan to take the Midtech product offering to the target market developing an additional 5% market share.
To develop and maintain a strong proposition that rewards both the reseller and Jungheinrich.

Essential qualifications/ skills:

Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of MHE products, applications, applicable market segments and Projects solutions.
Commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities.
Sales experience with reseller/dealer operations
Self-motivated with target and objective focus.
Ability to handle conflicting requirements and meet deadlines.
Professional communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and influencing skills.
Structured in planning and organization.
Able to succeed and operate independently.
Contribute to team environment.
Willingness and ability to travel Nationwide.
